7.TITLE OF THE PROPOSED SESSION
Title: Implementation of IWRM in National plans by 2005
8.OBJECTIVE
To assess the status of implementation of IWRM plans by 2005 in all countries of the world. There are several groups including GWP and the Japan Water Forum undertaking assessments of implementation.
9.TITLE OR NAME OF LOCAL ACTION(S) TO BE PRESENTED DURING YOUR SESSION (At least one these acions should aleready be in the database of local actions on the 4th forum website, and should be the same name as on that website).

A status report on inclusion of IWRM in national plans.
11.USE OF LOCAL ACTIONS TO ACHIEVE THESE OUTPUTSCOMES OF YOUR SESSION
Individual countries will be invited to make presentations
12.EXPECTED NUMER OF PARTICIPANTS (please note that around 10,000 participants are expected at the Forum, and that session rooms range from 80 to 1100 participants)

A small number of meetings are planned in the next months to bring together key actors and to formulate the structure of the WWF4 session

This should be a mega session of 6 hours duration; ie it should comprise 3 consecutive sessions within the IWRM theme on day 2 of the Forum.(This part is linked with sessions 0278 and 0279)
